What we collect

• Information you submit through the application or contact form — name, email, phone, the state you are moving from, timeline, budget range, preferences, and any notes you write.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent.
• If you use the chat assistant, the messages you send it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank details, or copies of identity documents through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to build your relocation plan.
• To coordinate with a licensed agent in your target Florida market, where relevant.
• To send you material you asked for, such as a relocation guide.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it goes

Information you submit is delivered to us by email through Resend, and stored in our customer relationship system, BoldTrail (kvCORE), which is where we manage active relocation clients. If your move is outside the Treasure Coast or Palm Beaches, we share what is necessary with the eXp Realty agent covering that market so they can help you. This site is hosted by Vercel.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your progress through the application form and to avoid showing you the same notice repeatedly. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. We do not run advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate transactions, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email aynura.aghenii@gmail.com. You can opt out of calls, texts, or emails at any time; consent to be contacted is never a condition of any purchase.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
