Moving2FL is a relocation program operated by Aynura Aghenii, a licensed Florida real estate agent, and Andrei Aghenii. Moving2FL is not a licensed real estate brokerage. All real estate brokerage services referenced on this site are provided through eXp Realty, Florida License #3654970.

Fair housing

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not steer clients toward or away from any neighbourhood, community, or property on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

The life-stage tracks on this site — early career, growing family, peak career, 55+ active adult, and retirement — are self-selected informational pathways. You choose your own; we never assign one. Selecting a track changes which reading material we send you and nothing else. It does not restrict, filter, or expand which regions or properties you are shown.

Where we describe communities, we describe places, amenities, and publicly available facts — never the people who live there.

Age-qualified (55+) communities

Some Florida communities are lawfully age-qualified under the Housing for Older Persons Act and set their own eligibility rules. Where we mention them, we are describing a community's own legal designation and requirements. We are not advising any person that they should or should not live in a particular type of community.

Schools

We do not rate, rank, or characterise schools or school districts. We will show you how to research them using official Florida Department of Education and county school district sources, and leave the conclusions to you.

Out-of-market referrals

A Florida real estate licence is valid statewide. Aynura works directly with clients in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches. Elsewhere in Florida, we coordinate with a vetted agent at eXp Realty in that market. Where such an arrangement involves a referral fee between licensees, that fee is paid between brokerages and costs you nothing additional. We will tell you who is representing you before you tour a property.

Program cost and compensation

There is no fee to apply to or participate in the program. Aynura is compensated through the real estate transaction if and when you buy or lease a property with her representation, in the ordinary way. Participating in the program does not obligate you to transact with us.
