Aynura is a licensed Florida real estate agent with eXp Realty, Florida License #3654970. She handles the part of the program that requires a licence — touring, offers, inspections, negotiation, and closing.

Her home markets are the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches, where she works with clients directly. A Florida real estate licence is valid statewide, and eXp Realty operates across the whole state, so for families landing in Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Jacksonville or anywhere else we coordinate with a vetted eXp agent in that market while Aynura stays on the file as your point of contact. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply she personally lists in all twelve regions.

Andrei builds everything around the transaction: the regional research, the rent-versus-buy analysis, the cost comparisons against your current state, and the 90-day move plan that sequences licences, utilities, schools, and movers so nothing lands on you in the wrong week.

Why the program exists

We kept meeting people who had already moved to Florida once, to the wrong part of it, and were now moving again — having paid two sets of closing costs, two moves, and a year of their life to learn something a good conversation could have told them at the start.

Almost none of that is about houses. It is about insurance, flood zones, millage rates, healthcare networks, seasonal traffic, and which parts of the state suit which kind of life. That research is the actual product here. The house comes at the end.

How we are paid

The program is free. When you eventually buy or lease, Aynura is compensated through the transaction the way any real estate agent is. This is worth stating openly because it explains our incentives: we are paid on a transaction, which is exactly why we make a point of telling people when the right answer is to rent for a year, or to not buy the house they have fallen for.

Who the program is not for

If you want a list of listings emailed to you, any portal will do that faster and for free. The program is for people making a genuine interstate move who want the decision-making done properly, and who are willing to spend an hour on the phone before looking at a single house.
